Carrollton-Convention, or C-Con, is a free event for fans of all ages across all fandoms to enjoy games, art, trivia (with prizes!), and more. Craft a custom coaster from comic book pages, compete like a Pokémon trainer in a Pokémon puzzle race, and learn K-pop dances with performers from Korean American Youth Artists of Texas (KAYAT).

Join the World Affairs Council, in partnership with the Korea Foundation, for a beautiful evening at the Dallas Arboretum where these traditional Korean music themes will be explored. The night will include a reception, live performance by Jeongin Lee of UT Austin, and conversation on the legacy of Korean music. Korean music theory and performance specialist Dr. Hilary Finchum-Sung will highlight the significance of musical tradition in Asian studies. We hope you will be a part of this immersive experience!
